DEEPENING THE SPIRITUALITY OF THE HEART OF BEING BROTHER LIVING THE WORD CALL TO PRAYER LEADER: Eternal God, we gather in your presence. Always in need of your love and infinite wisdom, we reach out to you as we begin our time together.
In the beginning was the Word; the Word was in God's presence, and the Word was God.
The Word was present to God in the beginning. Through the Word all things came to be. And apart from the Word nothing came to be
Whatever came to be in the Word, found life, Life for the light of all people.
The light shines on in darkness. A darkness that did not overcome it.

John 1:1-5
Living the Word, I think,
means recognizing that one is truly Irreplaceable... Living the Word
means not being afraid of living sequentially. It is a quest for the
fullness of life. Living the Word means accepting everyday as a
challenge. It means taking the risks necessary to enflesh the Gospel
even when or perhaps especially when it is most difficult. It means
making choices that will bring a little more care and beauty Into
the world. Living the Word means letting the Word live in us.
